RAM VINTAGE MUG
High tea, reimagined.
Sit back, sip slow, and savor every detail of this oversized, handmade porcelain mug—a true collectible for those who appreciate character and craft. It reimagines the classic cameo through a modern lens, blending timeless portraiture with brutalist-inspired architecture.
Each mug is brought to life by six skilled artisans in Czechia, working in a small, heritage porcelain house that has operated for over 30 plus years. Because of its intimate scale and artisanal focus, every piece is part of a limited, small-batch production—no two exactly alike.
The mugs are uniquely imperfect, meaning they may look weathered from the chemical reaction of tinted porcelain during the high temperature firing. You may notice speckles, a brush stroke, a water mark, all consistent with tinted porcelain. The finish feels antique and adds character as we looked to capture an ancient quality with a modern twist.
We used high quality porcelain and the mugs are both dishwasher and microwave safe.

Perfectly imperfect you can expect to see the traits of fired porcelain throughout the mug (light brush strokes, weathered marks, color variation (due to tint), specks of undertones (more visible in dark tints). These characteristics give the mugs an antique feel.

After a trip to Italy in 2023, LitBodies founder Sophia Mitchell found herself admiring Michelangelo’s David at the Uffizi Gallery. As remarkable as the sculpture was, she couldn’t help but notice none of the sculptures in the room reflected women of color. This realization sparked an awareness of how often Black women’s strength and beauty have been underrepresented in art. It was this moment that inspired the Secret Garden Collection. This collection has neoclassical vibes, with a modern twist.

UNPACK BUM BUM
To make sure you do not damage your new legs, please follow these release instructions.
Step One: cut the styrofoam on each side of the leg, mid butt and heel and symmetrical cuts on the other side. Cut all the way down, with a knife or carpet cutter, something sharp enough. (be cautious and safe)
Step Two: gently pull back once you’ve cut all the way down and grab the candle by the thigh and pull up to fully release
Step Three: don’t break a leg, more importantly be very careful with the ankle
Step Four: reach out to Sophia@litbodies.com if you find you need a replacement should you break one, just reach out with the damaged pic and I’ll replace it for you free of shipping charges.
